On 14 Sep 16, in Tyre, a number of persons gathered while ISF was removing an illegally constructed structure, based on public lands along the Bass Camps, owned by a Palestinian national who threated to set himself on fire if the structure was removed. His son fired towards the ISF unit which also came under fire from several other places, forcing it to respond to the sources of fire. Four (4) ISF members , (2) Police members and the Palestinian national with his son were reported injured. The violation has been removed and an investigation was issued to pursue those who were involved in the shooting.
