A patrol of the Israeli Army fired machine-gun shots at cattle herder, Maher Hamdan, while he wandered in As-Sahal Al-Gharbi area in Shebaa. The shepherd survived miraculously, and the incident is being handled by the Lebanese Army and the UNIFIL.
