On 27 Apr 15, Sheikh Bilal Deqmaq got wounded in his leg during a personal dispute in Abu Samra neighborhood - Tripoli, and was immediately taken to the Shifaa Hospital for treatment. Instantly, security forces arrived at said scene and opened an investigation into the incident.
