The traffic control chamber reported Saturday evening that the old airport road has been cut-off to traffic at Coqodi area, in addition to the Choueifat-Khaldi road, in protest against circulated news of the slaughter of another army soldier at the hands of "Daesh".

A group of angry young men also cut-off Ablah highway using burning tires in wake of said news.

Furthermore, a state of anger currently prevails along Ablah-Arsal highway, as a number of young men gathered in attempt to cut-off the highway.
