BEIRUT: Seven people were arrested in separate shooting incidents, the Army announced in a statement. Iyad Walid al-Ayyash was arrested in Kesrouan’s Kaslik-Jounieh area, along with three others. Two pistols, a quantity of light ammunition and narcotic substances were seized from Ayash’s possession. Oussama Ramez Zeaiter was also arrested for previous shooting incidents that left two wounded. Bilal Mustafa Yazbeck and Ahmad Mohsen Ayyoub were arrested in the same area, the Army said, adding that both were wanted on charges of shootouts.
