Internal Security Forces (ISF)
On 08 Sep 16, in Donniyeh-Tripoli, ISF (Internal Security Forces) stopped three (3) trucks transporting sand in the highway where two (2) drivers were arrested and the third has fled. Citizen of Kfarshlan area cordoned an ISF patrol while arresting one of the drivers and managed to facilitate his escape and got hold of the truck vehicle.
