The Internal Security Forces on Tuesday issued a communique saying that on October 6, 2015, when a group of the civil movement demonstrated along the path leading to Lebanon's Central Bank, the movement's activist Assaad Zebian began writing defaming expressions on the wall of the Interior and Municipalities Ministry, knowing that the wall is designed with a painting of the Lebanese flag.
