A kidnapped citizen from Sawfar, Mahmoud Noureddine, has been released after having been kidnapped along with Malek Mosbah Halawani at 5:50 a.m. on Monday morning in front of their residence facing Rafik Hariri healthcare centre, NNA field reporter said on Monday.
Malek Halawani is still kidnapped and the abductors have requested ransom in return for his release.
