Rocket fired from Beit Lahya lands in Rashaya

Unidentified individuals fired a rocket on at 1:50 a.m. on Friday from the outskirts of Beit Lahya village of Rashaya Al-Wadi district, only to land in Lebanese territories in the vicinity of Rashaya Al-Fakhar of Marjeyoun district, a Lebanese Army communiqué said on Friday.

No fatalities or injuries have been reported, however, the rocket left material damage in the region, the Army statement added.

The Lebanese Army Force duly effectuated intensive patrols in said regions, and immediately launched investigations to unveil the identity of those behind this incident, the communiqué concluded.
