ISF announced it had arrested a thief in the Zgharta town of Majdlaya Thursday. M.Sh., born in 1963, was arrested after he broke into local houses, stealing money and jewelry. “Surveillance cameras in the neighborhood recorded the theft.” Investigations are ongoing.
