The Internal Security Forces announced Friday that two suspects had been arrested for allegedly stealing money and security cameras from a restaurant in the southern city of Sidon.

The suspects were identified in a statement as M.F., a Lebanese national born in 1984, and A.H., a Syrian national born in 1988.

The ISF said that in addition to the stolen cameras, it seized a vehicle used in the crime, a portion of the LL7 million ($4,600) that had been stolen and a UPS device that was also taken from the restaurant.

The suspects reportedly confessed to committing the crime during their interrogations.
