Two Syrian brothers are in custody Wednesday after stealing $21,000 in cash and merchandise from a supermarket in the southern Beirut suburb of Hazmieh earlier this week, an Internal Security Forces statement reported.

Members of the ISF’s Information Branch arrested the two brothers, aged 20 and 27, after the supermarket owner reported the theft Monday.
