On 23 May 15, at 1019hrs, in Tripoli (Al Koura Square, Al Tal, and Bab Al Hadid), taxi drivers blocked the roads with their vehicles to protest the new traffic law that imposes heavy fines for violations. At around 1059hrs, the mentioned roads were reopened.
