 On 20 Aug 16, at 1650hrs, in Tripoli, a personal dispute escalated into a fistfight between a former axes commander and a person from the area. LAF directly contained the situation and arrested both of them. As a reaction, supporters of the arrested commander gathered and blocked Abu Ali roundabout. At 1715hrs, the road was re-opened following the release of the commander.
