On 17 Dec 15, at 2125hrs, in Mathaf area – Beirut, and following the detention of ex-MP Hassan Yaaqoub in connection with Hannibal Gadhafi's abduction case, his supporters (Around twenty persons) gathered to protest the arrest outside the main gate of the ISF HQ. As security measures, the Internal Security Forces blocked the road in the area.
