On 09 Nov 15, residents of a northeastern border town marched in solidarity with the Lebanese Army, denouncing last week's bombings. Men, women, students and elderly citizens of Aarsal participated in two rallies in support of the Lebanese Army. The rallies met in Ras al-Sarj area, where a bomb had gone off Friday, wounding five soldiers just one day after another deadly blast had rocked the border town, killing at least four and wounding seven. The protesters condemned the two bombings, holding banners and billboards in support of the military and offering flowers to soldiers. They chanted: "all for the army, all for Aarsal."
