The ISF has arrested the remaining suspects involved in a stabbing incident that left a man in critical condition, according to an ISF statement released Sunday.

The security agency reported Saturday that a Lebanese man, who has since been identified as Talal Ali Bachir Ahmad, had been hospitalized after being attacked by a group of four men in the Akkar town of Birqayel. Local media reported that the man had sustained 12 stab wounds from the attack, which took place Friday.

A day after the stabbing, the ISF arrested the main suspect, identified as Lebanese national Aa.Aa. An ISF statement Saturday said the suspect had allegedly been avenging the death of both of his grandparents 30 years ago. The remaining suspects, identified as Lebanese nationals A.H., M.H. and B.H. were all arrested later Saturday.
