قطع أهالي بلدة رأس بعلبك في البقاع الشمالي، الطريق الدولية احتجاجا على قرار وزير الداخلية تنفيذ إعادة ملكية ارض الى بلدية راس بعلبك، مغروسة بالأشجار والتفاح والعنب منذ سنوات من قبل حسان بشراوي وعلاء أكرم مهنا.

الاعتراض جاء على قرار جرف الأشجار المثمرة بعد تدخل مباشر من البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي ممثلا بالمطران حنا رحمة الذي تمنى على المعتصمين فض الاعتصام ومنع جرف الأشجار لتتحول القضية الى القضاء المختص وقوى الأمن الداخلي.
