شار مراسل "النشرة" في بعلبك، إلى أنّ "أهالي بلدة تمنين التحتا، نفّذوا وقفة إحتجاجية على أوتوستراد رياق- بعلبك، بسبب التقنين الحاد في التيار الكهربائي الّذي يتسبّب بانقطاع مياه الشفة، رافعين لافتات كُتب عليها شعارات تعبّر عن معاناتهم المزمنة".
