افادت مراسلة "النشرة" في الشمال أن اهالي موقوفي سجن رومية نفذوا وقفة احتجاجية عند دوار نهر ابو علي بطرابلس حيث طالبوا الاسراع باقرار العفو العام عن كل المساجين، معتبرين ان "اولادهم وازواجهم ظلموا في مرحلة سابقة وزج بهم في السجون وان المطلوب اليوم تحقيق المصالحة الشاملة وان ذلك يكون باطلاق سراح موقوفي احداث طرابلس"، كما قطعوا طريق دوار نهر ابو علي لبعض الوقت.
