Police crack down on drug dealer in Beddaoui

ISF said in a statement that it arrested a prominent drug dealer, wanted for 79 arrest warrants, in north Lebanon.

The 71-year-old suspect, identified by his initials A.B. and known as "Shinnawi," was arrested following a raid on his house on the outskirts of the Beddawi Palestinian refugee camp.

The statement said that the patrol came under fire during the raid, compelling it to respond.

No casualties have been reported.

Security agencies have been cracking down on suspects wanted on numerous charges, including drug dealing and gunfire.
