BEIRUT:  A Hadath Baalbeck police unit seized 25 bags of manufactured hashish--all weighing about 600 kilograms, 50 bags of hashish seeds, and machinery used to process hash. The drugs workshop was an under construction house owned by H.M., 51. Police came under attack as they tried to burn the hashish. The statement said that the confiscated items were handed over to the Anti-Drug Bureau.
