NNA - An individual scuffle broke out in Tripoli between two young persons and resulted in the death of Fadi Shalabi, NNA field reporter said.
The reporter added that the shooter fled to an unknown destination. A Lebanese Army unit rushed to the scene and was chasing the perpetrator.
