Lebanese national Ahmad Hassan Houjeiri from Arsal village was injured during a fire exchange in the village between Houjeiri family member and Syrian national Doureid Mohammad Rachaq and some of his relatives, National News Agency correspondent in Baalbeck, Hussein Darwich, reported.
The injured was transferred to Rahme Hospital in Arsal.
