وطنية - افاد مندوب "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام" في طرابلس محسن السقال ان مفرزة استقصاء الشمال تمكنت نتيجة التحريات والاستقصاءات، من توقيف كل من احمد درويش وعمر آغا المتهمين بخطف طارق البيسار والاعتداء عليه بالضرب لاسباب شخصية نسائية،
وفي وقت لاحق تم توقيف الشخص الثالث المتورط بعملية، وهو محمد طارق خالد نحيلي والدته نهال العبد الله (مواليد عام 1999 سوري)، وكان يحاول الهرب بسيارته خارج المدينة.
