Lebanese Armed Forces Intelligence division in the south arrested on Saturday a Palestinian national in connection with the attempted terrorist attack on Costa Coffee earlier this year in Beirut's Hamra Street.
The detainee, identified as Hassan Majdi Obeid, was arrested in Sarafand. He is a friend and a co-worker of failed suicide-bomber Omar Assi. Both worked at Hammoud University Hospital in Sidon.
