A Palestinian child was mistakenly shot in the leg in south Lebanon’s Bass refugee camp in Tyre, a security source told The Daily Star. Ten-year-old Yamen Siyam was taken to Tyre governmental hospital after the incident. His family is of Palestinian origin recently displaced from Syria. No further details were disclosed.
