Palestinian 8-year old Youssef Issam Moussa received a fatal gunshot from a gun he was playing with at his parents' house in Ain El-Helwe Palestinian refugees' camp.
The gun belongs to the child's dad Abou Wael Issam who happens to be a responsible in the Popular Front.
