A Palestinian businessman, who had recently arrived from Denmark, was kidnapped Monday in the Bekaa Valley, a security source told The Daily Star.
Around 1:30 a.m., gunmen on board a four-wheel drive abducted Mohammad Khaled Ismail, 59, when he was standing outside his building in Douris, in the district of Baalbek.
The source said the abduction was most likely for ransom.
