Lebanese citizen, Nicole Kamil Aaraj, was instantly killed on Wednesday morning on Halat highway when an unidentified truck collided with his Nissan 4x4.
The corpse was transferred to a nearby hospital, while the ISF rushed to the scene and duly opened investigations into said accident to unveil the identity of the truck driver who fled away.
