افادـ مراسلة "النشرة" في الشمال عن وقوع اشكال فردي في محيط نهر ابو علي بطرابلستخلله اطلاق بعض العيارات النارية مما أدى إلى إصابة شخص من ال الصيداوي وقد تم نقله الى المستشفى الاسلامي وهو في حالة خطرة.
