Clashes broke out in Burj al-Barajneh camp on Monday morning between two groups belonging to the Fatah movement. Machine guns and rocket propelled grenades were used in the confrontations, which led to the death of a displaced Syrian woman and the injury of other Palestinians, as reported by the NNA field correspondent.
