Gunmen attacked Saturday afternoon an Army patrol tank using a rocket-propelled grenade in the region of Minnieh in the North, nearby "Haroun Mosque," causing the death of an officer and the injury of 2 soldiers," a Lebanese Army Orientation Directorate communiqué indicated. Army units are currently tracking down the perpetrators, in order to arrest and prosecute them, the communiqué added.
