Police apprehended the suspects in Mina, Tripoli, and Gemmayze, Beirut.

Upon questioning, 34-year-old F.A and 19-year-old Aa.H, both Syrian, confessed to the crime. F.A was found with the bloodied sweater he wore when the crime was committed, and Aa.H was in possession of the taxi driver’s phone.
