Mount Lebanon police arrested a suspect over theft charges, state media reported.
A patrol from Jounieh judicial police apprehended the 22-year-old Syrian, identified as Khalaf Ahmad, over the alleged robbery of a number of houses and places of worship in the Jbeil district, the National News Agency. Ahmad admitted to the charges, it said, adding that he is an ex-convict.
