A mother and her four children were taken to the hospital with burns on different parts of their bodies Thursday, after a fire torched their home in the Tripoli town of Qibbeh. Medics rushed to the scene to rescue the family, which included a new born baby, after they became trapped inside the house. Also in Tripoli, a large warehouse containing tons of food products caught on fire in the Abi Samra neighborhood Wednesday evening, with authorities unable to bring the fire under control until 9 a.m. Thursday.
