On 21 May 17, citizens blocked the Miryata – Denniyeh road with burning tires to protest a previous verdict. The Internal Security Forces (ISF) and the Lebanese Army Forces (LAF) interfered and fired shots in the air to reopen the road. Two (2) ISF members were injured.
