A number of armed men riding a black Grand Cherokee opened fired towards Mortada hospital in Douris - Southwest Baalbek.
The second floor of the hospital building was mostly damaged, whilst members of the Internal Security Forces immediately launched investigations to unveil the identity of the assailants.
