Citizens of the town of Mash'ha cut-off the road before traffic at the intersection to the town of Miniara in Akkar, in protest against the kidnapping of Lebanese Army soldier, Ibrahim Mustapha Shaaban, from their town, demanding his release along with all other soldiers who were abducted by terrorist groups in Arsal, NNA correspondent in Akkar reported Saturday evening.
