On 30 July 16, at 1700hrs, hundreds of protestors from the We want accountability group waving Lebanese flags marched from Barbir to Riad El Solh Square demanding the government to pass a proportional representation law. The protestors declared that they are starting over with a new battle which emerged during last year's garbage crisis. The protestors set up four tents in Downtown Beirut's Riad al-Solh Square to show that this is just the beginning of a new movement aimed at achieving a proportional representation law.
