On 26 Oct 16, a man was wounded during a personal dispute between two men in the northern district of Akkar. An argument between Fathi S. and Nasser S. turned violent in the town of Ain al-Dahab. Nasser, who was shot in his stomach with a military gun, was transferred to the Youssef Medical Center in the Akkar town of Halba for treatment.
