R. Ali Haidar, who shot two young men earlier on Friday has handed himself to the Lebanese Army Intelligence in Amchit, NNA field reporter said on Friday.
Earlier today, Haidar shot two brothers, Fadi and Anis Bark, with a hunting rifle and left them with injuries in their hands and legs. The incident took place near Eddeh Bridge in Byblos, NNA reporter added.
