A man shot his wife in south Lebanon following a family dispute, the National News Agency reported. The man, identified by his initials Aa. Ayoub, shot at his wife in the southern town of Hula, leading to multiple injuries, NNA said.

She was rushed to the Marjayoun Government Hospital for treatment. A source told The Daily Star that these personal disputes usually stem from familial problems, such as marital loyalty or financial issues. She succumbed to her wounds later.
