A man who killed his father in Jbeil on last Saturday was arrested Friday and interrogated by an investigative judge, a judicial source told The Daily Star.
The suspect, identified as Ali Zaaour, was arrested by the Internal Security Forces Information Branch. He had killed his father, Saeed, at his father’s Jbeil home last Saturday before fleeing.
Mount Lebanon Investigative Judge Rania Yahfoufi reportedly interrogated the suspect at the Information Branch location where he is being held.
The suspect is being held pending investigations, the source added.
