In details, while Lebanese citizen, Alaa Samir Omar (20 years), was driving his "BMW" vehicle accompanied by friends along the Shtoura-Masnaa International Highway, he engaged in a clash over traffic preference with a man driving a "Toyota" model vehicle - white in color, whereby the latter opened fire against Alaa and then fled to an unknown destination.
