A man was arrested Sunday after he stabbed and strangled his wife to death.
LBC news channel reported that the man, identified as Deeb Gh., had brought his wife to Makassed Hospital in Beirut and then fled. The woman, identified as Malak M., died upon her arrival at the hospital.
Citing medical sources, the security source said that "Malak M. died despite all medical efforts to save her life due to her severe injuries after being repeatedly stabbed with a knife and strangled."
The source said that Gh. killed his wife after a dispute occurred between them at their house.
