On 02 Feb 17, North Lebanon Police arrested a man who assaulted his wife with a stone, and injured her head when they were at Tripoli’s Bab Ramel Graveyard. She received medical treatment in the Intensive Car Unit and her condition was critical. The incident started with a verbal argument between the married couple and turned violent when the husband hit his wife with a stone and went back to work.
