The Internal Security Forces announced in a statement that it had arrested a young man in Zahle for stealing motorcycles and exchanging them for freebase cocaine.

The man, identified as Lebanese national H.Sh., born in 1997, was arrested Aug. 10 in the town of Taalabaya. He admitted to having stolen three motorcycles and traded them for freebase cocaine, which he intended to use, the ISF said. The statement added that he had also previously been arrested for theft and trading drugs.
