ففي محلة المصيطبة اوقفت المدعو (ج.أ.ع.ع.أ - لبناني): بجرم تزوير رخصة سوق واخراج قيد افرادي ومطلوب بموجب بلاغ القاء قبض بجرم ضرب واغتصاب وحجز حرية وبلاغ القاء قبض بجرم قتل ومحاول قتل، خلاصة حكم بجرم اغتصاب ايذاء جسدي وحجز حرية، خلاصة حكم بجرم حيازة اسلحة وذخائر حربية واطلاق نار من سلاح حربي تقضي بالسجن مدة سنة وشهر، مذكرة توقيف بجرم قتل ومحاولة قتل، خلاصة حكم بجرم قتل ايذاء جسدي تقضي بالسجن مدة عشرين سنة وخلاصة حكم بجرم حيازة جهاز لاسلكي تقضي بالسجن مدة شهر واحد.
