أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي انه بتاريخ 7/6/2017، ادّعت المواطنة س. ح. (مواليد عام 1987) لدى فصيلة البداوي في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي، ضدّ المدعو: ع. خ. (مواليد عام 1968، لبناني) بجرم محاولة التحرّش بإبنتها القاصر خ. ن. من مواليد عام2007. بالتحقيق مع المدّعى عليه، اعترف بما نسب إليه، وبأنه حاول التحرّش بالقاصر من دون أن تحصل عملية اعتداء جنسي. أحيل الموقوف إلى مفرزة طرابلس القضائية في وحدة الشرطة القضائية، للتوسّع بالتحقيق معه، بناءً على إشارة القضاء المختص.
